Receive your emails on your mobile( as Free SMS) in India

I have been wondering if there is anyway to get a mail alert as sms on mobile in India.I must say that this wish has been partly fulfilled. There had been a site called Email2Sms which satisfies our wish which uses the Push mail facility to receive sms alert on phones..To know more about this and to register you can visit either http://email2sms.netcore.co.in or www.m3m.in..

Right now this facility works well for Gmail account and Indiatimes account i suppose.

I find the following advantages of this site:
1) No gprs required
2) No need to provide any secure info to them as this requires just forwarding a copy of our mail to their server through the link provided by them
3) Has SMS codes to retrieve and read full mail and also to reply them
4) Has filters to receive only important mails as sms.

Disadvantages
1) This account is not entirely free..(Now you know why I was not fully satisfied with this...!)
It allows only 100 sms/year as free ..For unlimited sms alerts there are various plans available..
2)Of course there is word limitation of 160 words only for sms....
